FBLA MEMBERS ATTEND FALL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Nebraska FBLA Fall Leadership Conference was held September 24 in Hastings. The conference was a one-day workshop for FBLA officers and members. The state officers shared the 2019-20 state goals during the Opening General Session. A rock band named Gooding was the keynote. They performed a live show and shared their own personal stories to inspire students with lessons of finance and discipline to help students see their own dreams as possibilities.
After the Opening General Session, the officers and members attended workshops presented by the FBLA state officers, Foundation Marketing Committee, UNK Center for Entrepreneurship and Rural Development Program Representative and PBL state officers. The workshop topics were campaigning for a state office, joining a state executive committee, dress for success, jumpstart your collegiate career by learning about PBL, raise money for the foundation and information about entrepreneurship and rural development.
