HCS Students Attend Careers in Construction Day
Last week, HCS students enrolled in Southeast Nebraska Career Academy Partnership (SENCAP) through Southeast Community college attended "Careers in Construction Day" at SCC Milford to fulfill a course requirement.
Students were divided into groups to visit stations around campus. Some experiences included: Electrical wiring and bending conduit, construction-working with rebar and building walls, HVAC pipe work, wiring a motor, robotic wiring, and automotive virtual reality.
