Launch the media gallery 1 playerCongratulations to a job well done by the Heartland Girls Golf team at Districts which took place on Tuesday, October 7th in Grand Island at Indian Head golf course. The team, (l-r, Kaitlyn Quiring, Lydia Quiring, Shelby Hurlbut, Kaeli Lundstrom, Paige Mestl) placed 4th out of 13 teams. They had an overall score of 426 and missed qualifying as a team for state by 3 strokes. Paige Mestl tied for second with an 88 and placed 3rd with a card play off, qualifying for state, which will take place October 13th and 14th in Columbus at Quail Run. Paige has qualified for state all 4 years of high school. Two girls achieved PR's. Kaitlyn with a 103 and Kaeli with a 114. Congratulations Paige. Kaitlyn, Kaeli, Lydia, and Shelby. Great job! We are very proud of all of you!
