23 students from the 5th grade at Heartland Elementary School entered the Four Corners Health Department “fight the bite” poster contest. Recently, Four Corners Staff visited Ms. Britany Renz’s art class to present the first and second place winners with their stuffed animal mosquito award.
All contest participants received a certificate of participation and a bag of West Nile Virus information from Four Corners. The 23 posters were forwarded to the national “Fight the Bite” contest.
