People, Pigs and a Quilt
Elementary Hallway
From life-sized kindergarten students to pigs and fall trees,
the elementary hallway is brimming with students work. The
second grade class made a quilt full of hands. The third
grade painted pictures of autumn trees. The fourth grade
wrote created designs utilizing their names written in cursive.
Fifth grade students developed excitement maps for a chapter
in Pedro's Journal, a story about Christopher Columbus's
voyage to the new world. First grade students made pigs out
of milk cartons and papier mache.

Debbie Briese Bookkeeper | Nov 16, 2007 | The quilt of hands is great that you all worked on! I enjoyed the web page Mrs. Goff did too! I love to read about all you are learning. Courtney told me about the unit on the heart, and when you put your hands together it could be the size of your heart. I even learn from what you are doing in your classes.. Thanks for sharing! |
