Fifth Grade Open House

by Sherryl Friesen

On March 12, fifth graders had an Open House to show their "state" boards they made about the state they had researched.

You could find the answers to these questions about states and many others:

Which state does not border any other state and a 13-year-old boy designed its flag?

ALASKA

In which state was Helium discovered?

KANSAS

They also showed their Tall Tale characters sitting at their desks and read their Tall Tales they had written.
